The Gombe State Governor Alh. Muammadu Inuwa Yahaya has facilitated with the Christians in the state to prays for covid-19.
And he also called on the Christians in this hard trying time the world is passing through to remain prayerful, steadfast and abide by the government rules to stop the spread of the covid-19 virus.
He made this statement through his spokeman Ismaila Misilli, the Governor noted that Easter is a season of loves, sacrifices, service to God and as well as service to the nation. he also admonished the Christians to do good over evil, urging the people to always reflect on the lesson and sacrifice of the season and to always do that on their daily lives.
On this occasion of Easter i want to enjoin our Christian brothers and sisters in Gombe State and all over the world to promote peace and unity.
